Technically boxy over trapeze, but who's counting? ;-) I feel it still gives it that doubly-boxy look.

And this jacket just goes to show that buying the wrong thing can sometimes pay off... I was out returning the Lulu anorak and wanted to sell a swap meet bag at Crossroads. BUT, Crossroads didn't open for an hour and I clearly had no other choice but to visit Zara in the mean time. This jacket was right in front, super lightweight and unlined.

Is it the end-all of military jackets? No, but for $60 it can placehold and be a trendy kicker this year.

    I like the fun cropped length of this one!  Reminds me a bit of the VS one we both have . . . or did you sell that one off?  Can't remember lol.

    Great look!  Love the midi skirt with all of the layers.  And the new jacket, being cropped, is quite different from your existing one and I think perfect for work.  I hope Crossroads paid you fairly and quickly.  Whenever I go there they make me wait a long time, during which the only thing to do is to shop.

    I totally understand the "had no choice" but to shop! The jacket is fun and fresh. Definitely takes your outfit to the next level!

    Yay, I'm glad this meets your approval! Definitely a new look for me. 

    Denise, no, I'm never going to Crossroads again. Literally half the things I picked up to look at during my 30 minute wait were stained or damaged. I was selling bags, and when I looked at their bags the selection was pretty sad... but of course 3 of my 4 were not what they were looking for and I got a whopping $8 for the last one. Waste of time there for sure.
