Formulaic and Feeling Fine

Worn yesterday to and from work... yes, it's another trench! Sorry for the blur again; I'm useless in the rain. Loved wearing this B44 dress again, and I got a few compliments on it, even with my uniform worn over the top. Behold, the power of B44, lol.

    You look terrific! Trench queen!

By the way, how did your workmates respond to the hair cut?

Ah, thanks for asking! They were very positive. The store manager herself stopped me and said how great she thought it looked (big boost for me). She has a great little pixie cut, and she said after she cut her hair my length long hair was over for her. :)

A trench starlet in the rain and I love the photo here with your "favorite" citron-ish color framing you on the left! You make our inclement So. Cal. weather fashionable, Rae!

Oh, I think the orange and aqua would look great together! You should see what else from your skirts/dresses you could rework for your work uniform.

I love the dress and I love the boots. I'm just not sure if I love the midi with midcalf boots together. Both very nice pieces though. I can't believe what a 180 you have done from your previous style of work dressing. Love the new hair too.

Like Kelly said, especially loving that dress with those tough boots! Way to go in the rain, Rae! --- I know I'd never have thought to chose something so 'dainty' as a dress in a downpour, but with the trench and boots, it makes magical, practical, stylish sense.
