I Re(ti)gress

Repeated an old WIW two days ago (2), and then just kept on wearing the tiger sweatshirt yesterday for another mostly-repeated outfit (1). Wasn't going to post it since it's nothing new, but had a change of heart!

Hope you are all having a good day - I'm off to the salt mines!

H&M tiger sweatshirt - H&M
Allsaints crops - Allsaints
Brahmin Vineyard satchel - Nordstrom
Worishofer sandals - DNA
Olivia Moon skirt - Nordstrom

Crocs super molded flats - Crocs

Tortise necklace - $1 at swap meet

Love both. At this point, I just feel like you can do no wrong.

Love it! Isn't there a challenge out there somewhere taking one piece from the day before and restyling it? Well done.

Love the crops! I hadn't seen those before. Nothing wrong in repeating an outfit or elements of one in my book!

Ooh like it! I love the change up. I like how the top casualises the pencil skirt in 2. It's a look I want to try a couple of times myself. Mochi is right, you really are getting your style groove at the moment.

Just gorgeous.  You are really on a style roll!

Oh girl, you really could do no wrong! You *always* look fabulous....

Looks fantastic! I love it when outfits / parts of outfits are repeated.

Super cute. I love the flavor the purse adds.

I've been doing this the last few weeks.  I teach less in the Summers -- 2 to 3 hours at a time, 3 days a week.  I've found it works well to wear the same basic outfit for those 3 days of teaching.  I usually dress in my workout gear in the morning, and change into MOTG when I'm finished teaching.  Of course, if I stay in the outfit longer, I don't wear it the next day!

The Tiger sweatshirt is terrific.  It's "novel" but, because it has such a modern cut and is all white, it's much more chic.

I do so your new style coming into focus in a big (and fab) way.

As Nancy said, you can do no wrong. Love this on you! Have you seen the colorful tiger tank at The Rack? I thought of you.

Really super Rae!  I love both outfits.  You're inspiring me to get out my cropped olive green pants and wear them with a Zara ivory "sweatshirt" (not near as cool as your H&M one!)  Also, that handbag pretty much seems to go with everything in your wardrobe!  How did you know it was going to work like that?

  • Adelfa replied 10 years ago

Beth Ann, that solves the problem of remembering what outfit you wore on which day--common to music teachers, therapists, and I'm sure many other professions!

Rae, you not only look great, you have the *best* post titles!

I love these simple graphic outfits. You look polished and chic. I bet you are really enjoying your new bag - it certainly adds some punch to an outfit doesn't it?

    This is simply delicious.
Tim Burton stripes make me go weak at the knees.

  • Raisin replied 10 years ago

Oh I love the tone on tone white of this sweatshirt. Both outfits look great.

YOWZA!!! I really love both of these outfits Rae. You know I love black and white together, plus I find the fit of that tiger top just divine. Just the right amount of slouch. Those crops are fabulous too.
