(Mostly) Covered Up in the Heat

Drat, I did not get a picture of this shirt's cut out back! It's so light weight and the cut out makes it edgy enough to feel right with my bottoms.

It has been such a stressful and draining couple of days, but at least I could stay cool.

What do you think of the filters on the photos lately? I mostly play with them on my phone out of boredom, but I can nix them if you find them annoying or too Instagram-y.

I'm loving the loose breezy faded-by-the-sun looking shirt (please edit to add pics of the back if you can!) and that great skirt. Looking good!

Sorry your stressed but you look terrific!

Can't see the details of the outfit. I find most filters really annoying though.

Mm, yeah, mostly I need a better photo spot to help the details show through. Or a real camera. The new phone has an inferior camera.

Looking sexy! (Hope you don't mind me saying that.)

Oohhh, I like those sandals! How high are the heels and who makes them?

    I prefer no filter, please.

    I love your hair.
Also - your outfit looks really cute - but I can't see any of the details - is that because of the filters? - or because of the camera?

  • rae replied 9 years ago

The detail problem is because of the camera/phone/lack of good sunlight by the time I make it home after rush hour. I'll look into a deal on an actual camera and forego the filters.

AJ, I added the sandals up top. They are about 4" with a 1" platform.

What AJ said. I was going to say you look sexy, in a kinda laid back covered up way!

Cute! But details really make an outfit pop (as I have seen with other fabbers pictures, not that I have mastered it yet!). This works as in I can see the proportions and minor details to see if the outfit is good. But I can't tell if it is super fab IYKWIM!

Thanks for the sandal info. They look comfy, but 3 inches is too high for me unfortunately.

Fun proportional play, and great slouch with interesting structural points. Are you feeling better about your summer dressing this year? Summer clothes look much more right on you this year, not sure how else to say it.
