Refugee from The Donate Pile

These pants were in the donate pile, but now they have set up a little cot in The Holding Zone while I mull them over. High waisted BR Harrison bootcuts...at least they are high waisted on me. I used to love them for The Bank, then I hated them, now I'm kind of liking the long-legged properties of a high waist with a half tuck.

Worn with my one NHY item: this zip back hi-low cashmere sweater. And Ash wedge sneaks. Because I can. Lol

Should I grant these refugee pants entry into the new world of a stylist's closet?

Rae: I think you need to lower the cuff with your hands I mean : just arrange it so less of the shoe is showing for PPP.

I like it! The half tuck is working — your legs look miles long! And you look happy.

I like them, but agree they need tweaking at the hem.

I like it too - your legs do look really long!

Love the pants! They have a retro 70s vibe but look modern. Keep!

Let's see....  these pants make your legs look a mile long, and your waist is almost non-existent, it's so tiny in these pants.

And you're asking if they should go back inside your closet?    YES.  Yes, they should.  You look ridiculously awesome in them :)

I'm so ready for higher waisted pants to return in a big way, although I know I'm going to have to take care to keep things modern.  Love the proportions on you.  I do have a preference for a relaxed full tuck with pants like this, but you wear the half tuck beautifully.

They look modern and different, and you look great in them!  Keep!

Wow.  The legs look miles long.  I knew you had long legs but wowza.  I like the look.

How can you even ask?! You look fantastic in these pants. Keep them, please!

Te hee, I kinda love the pants and have something similar. Are they a little short ot it is just the photo?

These trousers are pretty on trend, and look great. I'm glad they were rescued.

Yep, anything that makes your legs look that long with a pair of Cons deserves a place in The Stylist's Closet. :)

I think if you follow Angie's formula of flared pants with trendy top, you will enjoy wearing these again.  (Which is what you've done here.)  The high-waisted aspect will work well with trendy cropped tops.

I should also mention -- these pants have slimming properties -- not that you need any slimming!  Just, if you ever have one of those days when your mind and soul need a pair of skinny pants, these are it.
