Spotted: Dalmatian print cropped denim jacket

I can't justify another denim jacket, but this is so darned cute! And cropped! It is crying out for a home with some leopard print brothers and sisters.

Rae, that's really cute, but it can't hold a candle to your new white one.

I'm sorry, but that has your name (and spots) all over it! You have to stop spotting such great things!

Ok, someone needs to take home that adorable dalmatian puppy in the window!

    So cute!

I could actually picture Angie rocking this with a sleek black turtleneck underneath and dark skinnies!

Oh-h-h-h. I do snow leopard, zebra, and dalmatian but try not to do them at the same time. Already have a zebra jacket and a snow leopard sweater. . .and a couple of other jeans jackets. . . .This would fight with the zebra dress and maybe with the jungle dress. . .but so cute, so cute. . .

i saw that in stores! I also saw jeans in this print too but sadly the rise was only 7" which is too low for me. :( :( :(

I still really want something dalmatian printed though. @_@ I just need to find that perfect piece.

Matching jeans, you say? Am I the only one who thinks the resulting Monty Burns meets Cruella Deville dalmatian tuxedo would be *awesome*??

  • Lyn D. replied 11 years ago

I can definitely see you wearing this, and I think you would style it even better than in the pic!

I'm the mare as Angie would say, I can't see the charm in this at all! Doesn't it seem kinda cheesy? Don't get me wrong, I love witty, maybe I just need a bonk on the head to get my sight straight.

This forum is becoming very expensive. . .Just ordered the dalmatian plus leopard socks, zebra socks, and the white jeans jacket. DD likes F21 so the jackets may end up going to her since we kinda sorta wear the same size in jackets.

The dalmatian spots are more like charcoal colored ink blots IRL, and the background is really cream and not white, so clashes with my white jeans and has a soft vs. dramatic look. The arms are cut slim, in line with junior sizing, but with the 1% spandex may mold to my arms. I will probably keep it if I conclude that it will actually go with the things I think it will in theory. The dalmatian seems to play well with the leopard jeans but fights with the zebra dress. I am starting to accumulate too many jeans jackets. . .The white jeans jacket is going back. With no spandex, the fit parameters are more exacting.

Thanks for the review, DonnaF! I hope it works for you. Hm, charcoal ink blots? I do like Rorschach tests, but I don't know about blots on a jacket - please let me know if you ever post a pic, I would love to see it. :)
