Stone Rose

Ugggggh, long movie line! But that gives me some time to post, anyway.

I really wanted to wear my rose gold leather jacket today, but the weather was so hot and humid it withered that idea away. So I dug out this old duster instead - it is more of a taupe but it does have a slight rosy undertone. I had forgotten how fun this duster is to swoosh around in. Charcoal jeans and tee to edge it up a little. Some of you won't like the bright bag with this, but I get a kick out of the one spot of saturation floating in the dust. Desert oasis!

And now... Guardians of the Galaxy! Wooot!

That bag is amazing (green is a homage to Zoe Saldana in the movie, right? ;) ), what a great outfit to stalk around in.

I want to see it!  Tell us how it is.

Love it!  And I am totally digging your punky short bangs!

You will have to come back with a review of the movie!  :)

OMG Rae - your hair!  I can't stand it - I LOVE it!  How did I miss this?  When did you get those bangs????  This style is just sooooo . . . cool!  It completely changes your look - in a really gooooood way!  LOVE!

Your hair is SOOO cool! Adds so much edge to your (already fab) outfits. Love the juicy pop of citron.

Marley, you are so sweet! I have only had this cut a couple of days, and I'm still getting used to it. It helps to hear your positive review!

Mary and AJ, GOTG was probably one of the best movies I've seen this year. Aside from being funny and entertaining... like, things in the movie happened for reasons... you know, based on character build-up and precedent in the exposition/plot and stuff. If a character does a silly dance, it makes sense that that character would do that particular silly dance - hopefully I'm saying this in a clear way and not coming across as a movie snob. o_0 My point is just that it's good on many levels. For those with kids, I think there are great take-away themes to talk about afterward, too. Teamwork, family, different kinds of problem-solving, making choices about who you hang out with...

A little boho with Neon. Very fun. I can see Aida in this look too. xo

Neat outfit! I have some Tsubo's I need to take out for their first spin. Summer is starting to arrive.

Hah Angie has me pegged, I was going to say that I would totally wear this ^^ I always enjoy seeing that airy duster cardigan, I want one too (would be fabulous for summer here, since we usually need an airy top layer). I love the imagery you have going here, the bright bag works for me. Filing away as future inspiration.
