WIW: Shadowing at Dress for Success

I have to post and run to the post office before going to my shadowing appointment, but here is what I'm wearing. Again, I have to be ready to walk in the heat!

Michael Kors agate print dress, chosen for ease of mobility.
Report Marks in sand, chosen for comfort, to keep the outfit from feeling too heavy.
Crossbody bag, because it's easy to carry while walking.
Orange blazer, to throw on at DFS and look more professional.

I'm going to need to put some extra time into pre-planning these commuter outfits!

    Rae, if you don't mind, how do you find the sizing on that dress? I've drooled over it since you first posted it and it's on eBay.ca in large, which I *think* might fit me...

    Rae - you look fantastic in those colours. How did you carry the jacket? Did you have an extra bag for that? I am always interested in those matters because when I commute and do my errands around town I really feel the need of a nice-looking tote - and I don't own one!

    Ariadne, I have the XS. I have lately worn a size 0-2 in Ann Taylor tops, and a 27-28 in jeans.

    Suz, I just carried my blazer in the crook of my arm. It helped that my arm was available because of the crossbody.

    Claire, yes, I left the pumps at home! It went over just fine, so I am home free. :)

    Yay Rae! You look fab as usual in this outfit. Love the dress on you (which is why I bought it) and with the orange blazer it's just like our twinnie outfit! How did the day go? I was a little nervous on my first day (I didn't get to shadow anyone beforehand) but you could probably do this in your sleep!

    Ariadne, I have the dress too in a size S and usually wear size 4-6 and 28 in jeans.
