Glitter Snake Gulch

Post and run off to the salt mines! But here is my other KC souvenir: this draped duster with zipper sleeves from the sale rack. I love how lightweight and airy it is. Plus, it hides the fact that my rear is currently a smidge too big for this dress. -_-

Worn with western booties, snake, and geodes for that mineshaft-in-the-desert effect. :-)

First picture with the wind blowing is AMAZING. Love the whole outfit!

Love the shape of the duster and the sleeves are gorgeous but I gotta admit I find the front of it a bit long on you (slinking away...).

Lovely duster, and that bag has really become a workhorse for you!

So cute! How lovely of the wind to cooperate with your outfit photos ^^ Those long dusters are so hard to photograph well since their best look is when you're moving. I adore the geode necklace, what color stone is it?

Picture 1 is amazing, it really captures the breezy quality of the dress and duster.  Effortlessly cool + a little girly + a little edgy = a unique look!

So fab!  Photo 1 belongs in the Fashion Blogger Hall of Fame!

And I ran across some photos from an early YLF meetup, and may I just say your shorter hair has really been such a fab style upgrade for you!

Love, love, love the first photo too!  I really am drawn to the colors and dusters are just amazing pieces of clothing! :) Although I don't see that your dress is even a bit too tight!

Gorgeous coat and colour combination, YLF :)

You make a very pretty caped crusader, with just the right mix of polish and down-to-earth diamond- in-the-roughness.

This Mineshaft Chic look is so gorgeous, and geodes are always in order. I love the colors, the cowgirl vibe, and you look so comfortable. The duster covers a lot when it's down, I want to see more of your shape as in #1. Can you take a breeze with you wherever you go? And a cloud of dust behind.

    Gorgeous! YLF!

Rae:  Love the high-desert fashion!  Allso, as a midwesterner, appreciate your eye for fashion in any locale.  Sometimes people from  fashion-rich coastal cities aren't attuned to the fabness of other regions.  You know how to appreciate great style everywhere you go!

I think dusters are so glamorous! You wear yours so well!

That first photo is so cool with the wind blowing the duster. Love the look - esp with the yellow accents.

  • Karie replied 9 years ago

I love all the yellow in the photos - even how you match the yellow fence behind you. Another fantastic outfit!

  • Deborah replied 9 years ago

The duster is a little different for you but I do like it.  They are fab for just throwing over things and adding a touch of drama.  You look great.

The colors in this outfit are awesome! You look great, Rae.

Great outfit! I love the long cardi/duster! (Haven't heard that term before!)

Love the duster. Love the word duster. Your dress and bag are also fantastic!
